What you'll do
- Find and contact potential customers (clinics, hotels, and other businesses)
- Present Chatbaht's solutions and give live demos
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets
What we're looking for
- Good communication skills (Thai and/or English)
- Confident and friendly personality
- Experience is a plus (but not required)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- In Bangkok or willing to work in Bangkok

What you'll do
- Onboard new customers and help them get set up with Chatbaht
- Guide customers through the setup process and explain how the system works
- Support customers after launch and answer questions clearly and quickly
- Help customers use Chatbaht successfully so they get real value from the platform
What we're looking for

- Confident and friendly personality
- Comfortable teaching or explaining things to customers
- Organized and able to manage follow-up tasks

What you'll do
- Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Help update products, pricing, stock, and promotions
- Monitor orders and make sure they are processed correctly
- Support customer service and help resolve order issues
- Track store performance and help improve daily ecommerce operations
What we're looking for
- Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or online selling is a plus
- Good attention to detail and strong organization
- Comfortable working with computers and ecommerce systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- In Bangkok or willing to work in Bangkok

What you'll do
- Answer customer questions across our online stores
- Help process daily orders accurately and efficiently
- Support packing and fulfillment to make sure orders are shipped correctly
- Help resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery, and products

Help build Chatbaht's hotel software platform for modern hotels and guesthouses. Work on digital check-in, guest communication, booking workflows, hotel operations, and AI-powered guest services.
What you'll do
- Develop digital check-in and guest registration workflows
- Connect hotel systems with APIs, databases, booking platforms, and third-party services
- Develop multilingual guest experiences for Thai and international travelers
- Help integrate AI into hotel customer service and daily operations
- Build reliable dashboards and tools for hotel staff
What we're looking for
- Experience building web applications or SaaS products
- Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web technologies
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
- Experience with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar databases is a plus
- Experience with AI APIs or automation tools such as n8n is a plus

- Find slow or repetitive tasks and automate them
What we're looking for
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, or AI APIs
- Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is a plus
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- In Bangkok or willing to work in Bangkok
